Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results‐driven Sales Associate / Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, nurturing existing relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to conversion.

This position suits individuals who are passionate about the financial services or trading industry, enjoy building relationships with clients, and are motivated by achieving targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist prospective clients throughout the onboarding process and support lead conversion into active customers
* Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‐selling products and services
* Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries related to sales, pricing, and customer service matters
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the industry
* Proactively contact both cold and warm leads to build rapport and develop potential business opportunities
* Conduct comprehensive needs analysis through effective questioning techniques and active listening to identify client requirements
* Maintain accurate client records and follow‐up activities in CRM systems
Requirements
* Genuine interest or passion for the financial services / trading / fintech industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
* Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
* Minimum 6 months experience in sales, client services, or customer relationship management
* Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and establish trust
* Self‐motivated with a proactive "go‐getter" attitude and ability to work independently
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Target‐driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals
* Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
