About You To be successful in this role, you will be a dynamic and proactive nursing professional with a strong track record in clinical leadership in Residential Aged Care and Acute.
Key selection criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseCompetent with Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) StandardsMinimum of 4 years relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse as applicable to clinical area.Demonstrated experience in nursing managementProven excellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to be a leader and support others within a team environmentAbility to problem solve and confront issues within appropriate timeframesAdvanced Life Support and TriageExperience in shift coordination, delegation and supervision of othersGood communication skills and ability to lead a team Diversity, safety and obligations BHS is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and follows Equal Employment Opportunity Principles.
