We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Office Manager to lead our dynamic team at Bendigo Doctors. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee clinic operations, guide a team of nurses and receptionists, and collaborate with management to drive growth and patient care excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
* Oversee patient flow, resource allocation, and process optimisation
* Manage budgets, billing, and vendor contracts
* Drive health promotion strategies and meet monthly targets
* Use EMR systems and data insights to improve clinic performance
* Handle emergencies, complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
* 2+ years' experience in office management (healthcare preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Pracsoft, Medical Director, or Best Practice
* Experience with diverse patient groups and emergency protocols

Medical Receptionist – Bendigo Doctors

Key Duties:
* Greet patients, manage appointments, and process payments
* Handle Medicare, TAC, Workcover, and private billing
* Maintain records, manage recalls, and support daily operations
* Liaise with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies
* Keep reception and consulting areas tidy and organised
What We're Looking For:
* 1+ year experience in a medical practice
* Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
* Familiarity with Best Practice or Medical Director software
* Police Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and immunisation record required
