**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Boutique Manager to lead our team and have full responsibility to manage the Boutique. Our Boutique Sales Team play a very important role as the direct link between the finest products and customers. You will ensure a superior client experience throughout all touch points and build customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target
- Possess strong product knowledge of the entire line of Montblanc products
- Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a pleasant and welcoming environment
- Stock control and inventory
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through memorable client experience and other CRM initiatives
- Capture client information and actively develop a client base, consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships
- Appropriately resolve client issues / concerns and escalate as needed to Management
**About You**:
You will have outstanding retail expertise, and extraordinary people skills. You are the ambassador of the brand, with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service every single time.
**In order to be successful in this role you will have**:
- At least 2 years + luxury or high-end retail sales experience
- Recent store management experience within luxury goods
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (a second language is desirable, but not essential)
- A positive attitude and immaculate presentation
- Flexibility across key trading hours including late night and weekends as well as flex ups during promotions and events
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
