What you'll be doing
Cleaners
* Perform a range of general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitising across commercial and office spaces.
* Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy and ready for use by clients.
* Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients.
* Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Lawn mowing and lawn edges
* Weeding
This part of our business is in its infancy, so we are after someone who wants to build the business and eventually lead a team.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to high standards.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
* Reliable, punctual and committed to providing excellent service.
* Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
* Flexible approach to work and initiative.
