About the Role

Reporting to the Business Administration and Finance Manager, the Administration Accounts Officer provides essential administrative support across stock, accounts, transport and general office functions. The role is responsible for accurate invoicing, stock management, and day-to-day coordination to support smooth operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

* Process, reconcile and verify supplier and creditor invoices in MYOB, including follow-up of discrepancies

* Raise transport and stock invoices and prepare associated delivery documentation

* Book and coordinate rail and transport movements, including required documentation

* Customer interaction and communication with key contacts

* Coordinate transport logistics with the Operations Manager

* Maintain warehousing stocktakes and stock records

* Provide general accounts, administrative and operational support, including filing and email management

About You
* Proven experience in accounts and administration

* Strong MYOB capability

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Reliable, organised, and able to work autonomously

* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job properly
