Job Title: Piping Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Piping Supervisor to join our team on a major project in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and supervision of piping activities, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the alignment and integration of piping systems with rotating equipment (e.g. pumps, compressors, turbines)
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures
* Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork
* Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget
* Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in a supervisory role
* Proven experience working with rotating equipment and associated piping systems
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards
* Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure
* A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills
