Sales Development Professional
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to surgeons and medical/healthcare professionals across Arthrex's product portfolio. You will develop effective relationships and liaise with surgeons and theatre staff, identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information.
* Developing effective working relationships and collaboration with healthcare professionals;
* Identifying customer needs and maximising business opportunities including lead generation and product presentation;
* Providing clinical support during cases, delivering training for customers, and supporting new product launches;
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, particularly in trauma, sports medicine, or orthopaedic fields. Alternatively, experienced allied healthcare professionals looking to transition into sales may also be suitable candidates.
