A vital role within our organization, the Human Resource Advisor will provide strategic staffing and personnel administration services to support organizational objectives.
* Arrange for advertising of job vacancies including selecting, interviewing and testing of applicants
* Maintain records associated with HR information
* Provide expert advice on disciplinary matters
* Deliver comprehensive induction programs providing staff with essential information on company policies and services
* Be able to interpret relevant legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts
* Develop and implement effective workplace regulations and policies
