About Our Patient Support Role
Patient Assistant Officers play a vital role in supporting patients with complex needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing in our healthcare setting. Working closely with Registered Nurses and the Nurse Unit Manager, you will follow tailored care plans and collaborate with nursing staff to deliver consistent support to patients across various areas. Your role may involve assisting multiple patients throughout your shift, observing and reporting on their wellbeing, and ensuring clear handovers between team members.
