Senior Structural Modeller / Revit (Buildings) – Adelaide
An established and highly regarded tier 1 engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Structural BIM / Revit Modeller to join their growing Buildings team in Adelaide.
This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality structural documentation and BIM models across a diverse portfolio of complex building and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with local engineers and project leaders, while also coordinating with an established offshore drafting team to ensure efficient and consistent project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to the development of structural BIM models for building projects
* Produce accurate, coordinated documentation including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed structural drawings
* Set up and manage Revit models to support effective design coordination and delivery
* Ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements, internal quality standards, and delivery timelines
* Coordinate closely with engineers, project leaders, and external stakeholders
* Identify and resolve design coordination issues across multi-disciplinary teams
* Support integration of models across various disciplines where required
* Coordinate workflow and output with an offshore drafting team
* Assist in managing BIM-related risks and delivery challenges
* Contribute to the development and improvement of BIM standards, tools, and workflows
* Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Diploma or Associate Diploma in Drafting, Engineering Design, or similar
* Strong experience in structural BIM modelling within building projects
* Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
* Proven experience modelling reinforced concrete, precast, and structural steel structures
* Solid understanding of documentation standards and constructability principles
* Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including remote/offshore collaboration
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality output
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
