We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to deliver a variety of specialised modular building projects across WA’s metro and surrounding regions. This is a full time role with the flexibility to work across multiple sites and a company vehicle provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate construction teams on-site, keep projects on track and report progress.
- Interpret project drawings and specifications, offering insights into construction methodology.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors and labour to keep operations smooth.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and manage daily site operations.
- Ensure compliance with project documentation, specifications and internal procedures.
- Champion safety by enforcing site policies and procedures.
About you / Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in commercial construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of the building industry.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards/Regulations and applicable legislations and construction techniques.
- Commitment to safe working practices with attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with trades, colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong drive and initiative; adept at defining, prioritising and organising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Current valid Western Australian driver’s license and Construction Induction Training Card (White Card).
