We take pride in offering a memorable dining experience with a focus on quality, creativity, and hospitality. We are now seeking a motivated Junior Chef to join our passionate kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, with a focus on seafood and continental cuisine.
* Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, following health and safety guidelines.
* Help with stock management, including receiving and storing ingredients properly.
* Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specials.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* Passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn and develop culinary skills.
* Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail.
* Culinary qualification or certificate (preferred but not essential).
