What You'll Do
* Lead from the front: Own end-to-end delivery of business analysis across large-scale multi-year national program.
* Drive clarity and insight: Facilitate workshops, define business problems, and document requirements that align with strategic goals.
* Model the future: Analyse and design current and future state processes to improve member and business outcomes.
* Support delivery excellence: Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and change managers to ensure seamless execution.
* Mentor and uplift: Coach junior analysts and contribute to the development of BA capability and community of practice.
* Champion quality and compliance: Ensure traceability, manage risks, and uphold regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in a commercial environment.
* Proven ability to lead workshops, elicit requirements, and deliver high-quality BA artefacts.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels.
* Deep understanding of both predictive and adaptive delivery methodologies.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Visio.
* A passion for continuous improvement, mentoring, and uplifting BA practices.
Bonus Points For
* Certifications in business analysis, process modelling, or change management.
* Experience in finance, insurance, or large-scale transformation programs.
* Affiliation with Institute of International Business Analysis, Project Management, or Technology Institutes.
