As a Fitness Centre Supervisor, you'll support the day‐to‐day operations of RACV's fitness and leisure facilities, ensuring a consistently high standard across gym, group fitness, aquatics and outdoor areas.

You'll lead and coordinate the team on shift, providing hands‐on support, coaching and training, while maintaining a strong focus on member experience, safety and operational efficiency.

The role also involves overseeing rostering, compliance and facility presentation, while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and drive member engagement.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fitness or leisure environment.
• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (essential).
• Current First Aid and Pool Lifeguard qualifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
• Proven ability to manage day‐to‐day operations and maintain high presentation standards.
• A strong focus on customer service and delivering a positive member experience.
• Sound understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and varied shifts.
