Facilities Coordinator Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As the key contact for maintenance and cleaning, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
* Maintain gardens and common areas to a high standard.
* Oversee cleaning and upkeep of shared facilities, including kitchens, BBQs, and laundries.
* Coordinate scheduled maintenance and manage spare parts inventory.
* Support inspections and liaise with contractors as needed.
Requirements:
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* A strong safety-first mindset and understanding of basic OH&S principles and chemical handling.
* Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality or property management sector.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
