National specialist in premium water systems is seeking a reliable Field Service Technician for a full-time, permanent mobile role covering Canberra and surrounding ACT areas.
No plumbing trade qualification required – strong service experience in plumbing, appliances, whitegoods, or similar maintenance backgrounds is ideal. Join a well-supported team with excellent training, modern systems and clear long-term career pathways.
This is a hands-on, independent role delivering high-quality servicing, repairs and customer service on premium water systems and tapware used in commercial, government and residential sites.
Key responsibilities:
* Service, diagnose, repair and maintain water systems and tapware
* Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled servicing and filter changes
* Respond to reactive callouts and breakdowns with efficient fault-finding
* Carry out installation work as required (varies by workload)
* Complete accurate job notes, reporting and parts usage in the service platform
* Provide professional on-site customer communication and presentation
* Work safely and comply with site requirements (including government environments)
Essential requirements:
* Hands-on service experience (plumbing, appliance/whitegoods, maintenance or similar)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Current Australian Driver’s Licence (clean record preferred)
* Reliable, safety-focused and professional
Highly regarded:
* Previous exposure to water systems, tapware, filtration or similar
* Experience in commercial/government site work
