About the Role
Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Light Vehicle Mechanic to service one of our long term government contracts. This role includes the use of a service ute and fuel card.
The team member we are looking for would have experience in fault finding and maintenance on a wide range of light vehicles associated to the transport, automotive and mining industry. You will be undertaking repairs, maintenance, and overhauls of a variety of light vehicles predominately in a field service capacity.
About you
Demonstrated safety first work ethic and professional attitude.
Ability to engage with all stakeholders including client representatives.
Experience: Servicing, repairs, troubleshooting, fault finding, and diagnostics over a wide range of light vehicles.
Ability to adapt to changing work requirements.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Trade Qualification – Light Vehicle.
Current RMS light and heavy vehicle inspection certification (highly desirable).
Proven problem-solving ability with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Experience in transport or heavy vehicle workshop will be highly regarded.
