**Responsibilities**:
- Managing daily tasks such as grocery shopping and coordinating with dry cleaners, contractors, plumbers, etc.
- Kids administration - coordinating anything to be arranged for kids schooling, communication from schools, sports, uniform, travel
- Travel arrangements - flights, transport and accommodation
- Managing and coordinating with contractors to meet scheduled appointments
- Vehicle management - Registration and insurance
- Occasional overnight stays and helping get one child to & from school when parents are away (the rest are at boarding school)
**Requirements**:
- Previous PA and/or strong customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction well
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Valid driver's license and car
- Proficient in computer and IT skills - Microsoft & Internet Savvy
