Job Opportunity: HR Truck Driver for Supply Chain Team
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our supply chain team at the Flemington Maintenance Centre.
As an HR Truck Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of heavy rolling stock components to various destinations. To be considered for this position, you must possess the following criteria:
A valid Class HR motor vehicle licence.
Authority to operate 6 tonne forklift.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to strap and chain (load securing) of heavy components to the truck load body (Flatbed).
Demonstrated capacity to operate within teamwork situations to meet schedule deadlines.
Ability to interact with other trades/disciplines within the overall context of a maintenance environment.
Understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
Having a Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card will be helpful in this position.
