Responsibilities:
 1. Provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for clients, including personal care, grooming, and meal assistance.
 2. Support clients in accessing recreational services, transport, and other community resources.
 3. Document client information accurately, including case notes, communication booklets, and medical records.
 4. Collaborate with clients, families, and significant others to promote their involvement in decision-making and goal-setting processes.
Requirements:
 * Hold relevant qualifications (minimum Cert III in Disability or Individual Support).
 * Demonstrate strong interpersonal, role-modelling, and customer service skills.
 * Show ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing environments.
 * Awareness of human rights and challenges facing individuals with disabilities.
 * Valid NSW driver's licence required for transporting clients (automatic gearbox).
