Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
You will also work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Focus on outbound calls
Process referrals from doctors
Contact patients to schedule their sleep study
Work with different clinics, medical professionals and patients to process enquiries
Are you a MATCH?
Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone
Previous experience in a call/ contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A ‘can-do’ attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy
Valid and full Australian working rights
