Regional CDL-A Truck Driver Opportunity
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team for steady regional routes with weekly home time. This opportunity offers a unique chance to work on physical loads with rollers, which is key to higher pay.
Key Route Details
* Starts in Ridgefield, WA
* Travels through WA, OR, ID, MT
* Average 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops each
* Consistent, repeatable routes with no surprises
* Hand-unloading with rollers: Physical work that's essential for the role
* Rolling boxes (usually under 30 lbs) onto a portable conveyor into the store
* Flexible shift options — both day and night shifts available, flexibility is crucial
* Hourly pay based on experience: $29.00–$30.50/hr for 0–48 months, $31.00/hr for 49+ months
* Overtime Pay: after 40 hours, $43.50–$46.50/hr based on experience
* Weekly pay: $2,100 to $2,500+

* CDL-A License and 21+ years old
* 3+ months of recent tractor-trailer experience
* No SAP drivers
