**The Company**
Our client is an established medium sized corporate agency specialising in sales, property management and property development. Priding themselves on offering premium services to their clients, you will feel proud to work for this agency.
**About the Role**
As Property Manager, you will be working within a team of 5 within the property management division, supported by a proactive Head of Department who leads from the front. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday (8.30am-5pm).
**The Duties**
- Managing your own portfolio also based in the north-east suburbs, with full support from an administrator
- Conducting routine inspections
- Property condition reports
- Coordinating maintenance repairs and orders
- Leasing and marketing
**Skills & Experience**
- **Previous property management experience is essential**:
- Corporate presentation, initiative and a passion for the industry
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold an up to date property management license for SA
- Property Me experience ideal but not essential
- High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
