About the Role
As a Driveway Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is key in delivering a professional, seamless, and welcoming service experience.
Your Responsibilities
* Greeting and assisting customers upon arrival at the Service Department
* Coordinating vehicle loan agreements in alignment with customer profiles
* Managing customer parking and maintaining a clear, safe driveway
* Collecting and delivering vehicles, including drop‐off/pick‐up to nearby stations
* Assisting Service Advisors with various operational tasks
* Building positive rapport with customers on arrival and departure
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* A polished, professional presentation and demeanour
* Previous experience in a customer‐facing role (automotive preferred)
* A passion for delivering outstanding service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* A proactive, can‐do attitude with a strong team focus
* A valid driver's licence
* Knowledge of the local area (advantageous)
