We are seeking a Japanese-speaking HR Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis to join a friendly HR team in Rosehill. Key Responsibilities:
* HR administration, including onboarding, employee records, and basic payroll support
* Support HR processes and procedures for Japanese-speaking employees
* Assist with recruitment, company policy, and employee engagement activities
* Generate HR reports and provide support to management
* Promote WHS support and a safe workplace culture
* Ensure compliance with HR legislation and Australian employment laws
* General office administration duties
* Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills & Experience:
* Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) and English
* Previous HR administration/coordinator experience or similar
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Basic payroll support experience is a bonus
* Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, PR, partner visa, etc.)
* Own vehicle may be required to commute to the office due to location in Rosehill
