The Role
Your main goal as a Leasing & Inspections Assistant is to deliver an outstanding rental experience to our clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end leasing process, conduct high-quality routine inspections, and provide essential administrative and operational support to the Property Services team.
You will have the flexibility to plan your own work week, catering it to your unique working style whilst balancing stakeholder and business needs. Our leasing team members are required to work Monday - Thursday as well as Saturday (with any mid-weekday off of their choice)
A Day In The Life
- Conduct private/open for inspections
- Carry out routine inspections and complete explicit, concise reports
- Process tenancy applications, including reference checking
- Oversee sign-up processes with new tenants
- Liaise with prospective tenants and owners
- Support with all key maintenance management processes

The Successful Candidate
- A current real-estate certificate is required
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Must be available Saturdays
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
