We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for casual agency shifts in residential aged care settings.
About the Role
As an Agency EN, you will work across a variety of aged care facilities, providing high-quality nursing care and support to residents. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to expand your clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide safe, person-centred nursing care in line with facility policies
* Administer medications and perform clinical duties within EN scope
* Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
* Accurately complete documentation and progress notes
* Support care staff and collaborate with Registered Nurses
* Adapt quickly to different work environments and teams
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
* Minimum 6–12 months experience in aged care (preferred)
* Current police check and relevant vaccinations (including flu & COVID‐19, if required)
* Strong clinical and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to new facilities
* Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach

Requirements
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Manual Handling and Medication Competency (desirable)
