About our Graduate Program

We are seeking talented early-career Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduates to join our dynamic team. Our 2-year Graduate Program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to succeed in a leadership role. This accelerated development program will provide you with hands-on experience in various areas, including quality control, product development, process improvement, business planning, financial reporting, WHS, and sales.

* Receive a development coaching session from a Psychologist.

This is a permanent role, and at the conclusion of the Program, we will work with you to find a role that aligns with your skills and interests as well as our business needs.

Requirements:

We are keen to hear from early-career Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduates who have graduated within the last 5 years. We value diversity of thinking, experiences, and perspectives and are looking for individuals who demonstrate leadership potential, a strong motivation to learn and develop, and can build relationships effectively with diverse individuals.

We are achievement-oriented and driven to deliver results through resourcefulness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. A valid driver's license and access to your own transport are required, and some projects may require relocation to other sites.
