Job Title: Change & Training Manager
Job Overview
Our client urgently requires a professional to lead and manage change and training initiatives for a 12-month contract in Darwin. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice to directors and managers to support the development and implementation of program strategies, plans, and actions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the delivery of change and training programs to support the organization's transformation goals.
2. Develop and implement change management and training frameworks to align with program priorities.
3. Collaborate with directors and managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management, communication, and training delivery on large, complex projects.
* Demonstrated expertise in change and training management, with practical experience implementing change programs and designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives.
* Tertiary qualifications in change management (Prosci), training, healthcare, or equivalent desirable.
