As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, managing stock and displays, and providing technical product support. You will play a crucial role in launching and growing our newest location, working closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to achieve success.
This is a hands-on position that requires strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and ability to work independently. You will need to have solid product knowledge and/or a genuine interest in irrigation and water systems, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in trade counter or technical retail sales, agricultural or industrial pumps, irrigation or filtration systems, or managing orders, inventory, and customer enquiries. Forklift operation is also an advantage, but training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver reliable, solution-focused service to walk-in and phone-based customers
* Manage stock, maintain tidy displays, and assist with inventory control

* Build strong supplier and customer relationships
