Industrial Engineer – with Shopware Process Engineer Specialization
Encore Tissue (Aust) Pty Ltd has an opportunity for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join the team in this newly created position. As our Industrial Engineer, you will implement Shopware Lean Manufacturing tools to increase productivity and reduce waste in the Converting Plant through the development and application of customized processes for data monitoring, analysis and reporting that drives continuous improvements to efficiency, output, quality, safety and reliability of the plant.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Engineering
- Demonstrated industrial engineering experience championing the use of Shopware (ideally 5+ years)
- Ability to build a culture of continual improvement with Operators, based on regular & frequent use of Shopware tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
