Join a high-performance residential sales office and become the operational backbone to our Lead Agents. This role blends hands-on sales support with strong operations execution to keep campaigns, clients, and workflows running cleanly.
Key responsibilities:
* Support Lead Agents with open homes, buyer enquiry follow-up, and database/CRM task management
* Coordinate listing preparation and campaign administration (briefs, approvals, proofing, scheduling)
* Maintain sales pipeline hygiene: notes, follow-ups, reminders, reporting rhythm
* Own office operations: checklists, calendars, supplier coordination, workflow execution
* Improve consistency across templates/processes; support onboarding/training logistics as required
What we're looking for:
* Strong admin/operations background with high attention to detail
* Confident with CRM/workflows and reporting
* Professional written and verbal communication
* Driver licence + reliable transport (preferred)
* Real estate experience/licensing not essential (role dependent)
