* Based in Darwin with frequent travel to remote communities

Randstad has partnered with ALPA (Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation), one of Australia's largest Aboriginal-owned benevolent corporations. We are seeking passionate individuals ready to bring their skills to some of the most beautiful and remote parts of Northern Australia. This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to support the social and economic development of remote communities.

About your next role

You will provide vital, culturally safe mentoring to First Nations participants within the Reconnection, Employment and Learning (REAL) Program to support their journey from incarceration back into the community.

* Deliver strengths-based case management across pre-release, on-release, and post-release stages.
* Develop and maintain Individual Action Plans (IAPs) tailored to each participant's goals.
* Coordinate essential referrals for health, housing, legal, education, and employment services.
* Support participants in understanding and complying with their parole conditions.
* Build trusting relationships with participants, correctional staff, Elders, and families.
* Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to program reporting requirements.
* Participate in community engagement activities and forums to support participant reconnection.

What you will need to bring

* A Certificate IV or higher in Community Services, Justice, Social Work, or a related field.
* Proven experience in case management or mentoring within justice or community services.
* A deep understanding of First Nations cultures, community dynamics, and systemic barriers.
* Knowledge of the justice system and post-release support frameworks.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in correctional settings.
* Proficiency in using digital tools and case management systems.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a diverse caseload.

Mandatory Requirements

* Ability to travel to remote ALPA communities via vehicle or light aircraft.
* Physical capacity to meet aviation safety requirements (weight limit of 140kg for light aircraft travel).
* Clearance to work within correctional facilities and with vulnerable populations.
