Key Responsibilities and Functions

* Customer Contact: Deliver information and services via face-to-face, telephone, email, and other electronic channels; answer calls promptly and courteously; lodge real-time requests and provide progress updates; capture statistics; resolve the majority of enquiries at first point of contact in line with performance targets.
* Reception and Payment Duties: Welcome customers, receipt and reconcile payments, manage visitor sign-in and arrivals, handle courier deliveries, issue facility keys, and maintain a clean service area.
* Service Delivery and Administration Support: Contribute to continuous improvement, maintain knowledge base, assist in achieving outcomes aligned with business plans and budgets, monitor community satisfaction, manage bookings for council venues, liaise with other departments as needed, stay informed about Council activities, promote customer service standards, and advise on trends for proactive service strategies.


Skills and Experiences
