Bloom is a boutique HR consulting company that supports small businesses and NFPs across Australia and New Zealand with their HR needs. We offer a range of services including outsourced HR solutions, recruitment, training, career transition and coaching at all levels.
This is a great opportunity for a driven and passionate recruitment professional to join our small, supportive and busy team. We work with a range of clients across a number of sectors, primarily not-for-profits and charities within the community services sector.
We are a fully remote working environment with consultants throughout NSW, QLD and the UK. You must be based in NSW or QLD with occasional travel interstate. The role can be based in either NSW or QLD, within commuting distance to be onsite in the Gold Coast or Sydney (Barangaroo) once a week.
**About the Role**
The focus for this role will be to continue driving recruitment and providing end-to-end recruitment services for our NFP clients, mainly operating in housing, disability and indigenous services.
You must be able to work unsupervised and work at a fast pace juggling many balls at once.
Your personal style must be one that is responsive, service orientated and consultative. You must have patience, intelligence, be resourceful and want to make a difference.
Exposure and knowledge of Aboriginal culture, working with Aboriginal organisations or identifying as Aboriginal yourself will be a huge advantage.
