This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client inquiries, appointments, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
* Prepare and edit legal documents, court forms, briefs, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
* Liaise with courts, barristers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of matters.
* Oversee diaries, deadlines, and file systems to maintain a high level of organization and productivity.
* Handle invoicing, payments, and general administration tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
* A natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to balance professionalism with warmth and empathy.
* Experience in legal administration, including proficiency in LEAP and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and supporting the bigger picture.
