About the Role We're seeking a Temporary Administration Manager to jump into a fast-paced retail property environment and provide immediate support to the Centre Management team.
This short-term role is ideal for someone with strong admin and property knowledge who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Centre Manager and team.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and tracking expenses.
Maintain up-to-date tenancy schedules and lease documentation.
Assist with monthly financial reporting and budget tracking.
Ensure all contractor documentation, permits and insurances are current and compliant.
Handle tenant communication and assist with general enquiries.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage office supplies and systems.
