Key Responsibilities
* Manage warm inbound and outbound enquiries (no cold calling)
* Conduct structured qualification and discovery calls
* Understand client financial goals and investment objectives
* Apply investor psychology and objection-handling techniques

* Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance against KPIs
