We're looking for a Product Development Engineer & Senior Technical Specialist to play a senior role in shaping filtration products, applications, and performance — this role offers genuine fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
As Product Development Engineer & Senior Technical Specialist, you will operate as a senior technical authority across product development, application design, and problem solving.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and validating filtration products for demanding applications
* Designing filtration products and solutions that suit real operating conditions
* Supporting technical customer enquiries and sales opportunities that build confidence and trust
* Helping in the design, setup, and commissioning of an in-house filtration testing laboratory that underpins future innovation and product quality
* Evaluating and testing filters and filtration systems for performance, durability, and complianceInvestigating any performance issues, implementing product design changes/specification improvements.
* Taking customer field insights and application feedback back into the product development cycle
* Working and collaborating with raw material manufacturers and production teams to ensure smooth transition from design to manufacture
* Developing and delivering technical training for internal stakeholders
