**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our team based in Ballarat 3350. As the Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for the overall operations, maintenance and control of the water treatment assets.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Supporting the plant operational strategy through adequate resourcing and business planning.
- Operational management of team, contractors and support staff.
- Managing and resolving occupational health and safety and environmental issues.
- Providing technical advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing a safety first and continuous improvement culture.
- Driving improvements and efficiencies to ensure optimisation.
- Proactively assist with managing client relationships.
**What you'll need to be successful**:
- Trade qualification, desirable
- Experience with water / wastewater
- Proven success in a similar role
