About the role
You will be based onsite responsible for the day to day management of a designated project sales office striving to achieve and exceed project sales targets. You will be supported by a wider team invested in supporting your success.
We are seeking experienced sales professionals focused on exceeding delivery for all project stakeholders.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Track record in land sales in a similar position
* Agent Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practise
* Strong sales ability and desire to exceed expectations
* Strong CRM data management utilising Salesforce or similar
* Sound MS Office Skills
* Current driver's license and reliable car
* Exceptional people & communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Professional presentation
