About us
Since opening in August, The House of Bamboo has quickly become a leading provider of exceptional Pan-Asian dining in the Coolangatta region. With a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we create innovative and delicious menus that delight our customers.
We’re a new, growing venue backed by a wider hospitality group that has plans to open additional venues under the same umbrella. That means you’re not just joining a single restaurant – you’re stepping into a group with real pathways into multi-site leadership, group-level roles, and new venue openings as we expand.

* Shape the culinary direction of a flagship venue that will influence future concepts across the group.
* Be considered for new venue openings, menu development projects, and mentoring roles as the group expands.
Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll also enjoy:
* Strong opportunities for professional growth and career progression
* A collaborative, supportive team environment that actively invests in your development
