Position Statement:

The Team Leader for the Children's Therapeutic Team will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing therapeutic services for children. This position is essential for ensuring that our team delivers high-quality support and interventions, fostering the emotional and psychological well-being of children in our care. The Team Leader will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop effective strategies and program's that meet the diverse needs of children and their families.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the Children's Therapeutic Team, ensuring effective delivery of therapeutic services.
* Develop and implement therapeutic program's tailored to the needs of children and families.
* Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
* Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Facilitate team meetings and ensure open communication within the team.
* Promote a child-centered approach in all therapeutic practices.

Qualifications:

* A relevant degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
* Experience in a leadership role within a therapeutic or clinical setting, preferably with children.
* Strong understanding of child development and therapeutic practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Proficient in record-keeping and report writing.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
