Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert support to the Tree Services Coordinator
">
* Manage and protect Brimbank's diverse urban tree population
">
* Deliver planting projects and urban greening programs across the municipality
">
* Contribute arboricultural insight to strategy, policy, planning and streetscape projects
">
* Collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver tree planting programs.
">
* Utilise tree data to inform policy, strategy, and decision-making.
">
* Work with the Urban Forest Planner to implement Council's Urban Forest Strategy.
">
About You:
">
* We're looking for a driven professional with:
">
* Proven expertise in urban tree management, plant identification, and vegetation assessment
">
* Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a high-performing team
">
* Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities
">
* Proficiency in digital tools and the ability to adapt to new technologies
">
* Qualifications in Arboriculture or a related discipline
">
