Key Responsibilities
Training & User Readiness
Deliver end-user training across finance and operational teams
Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation
Support train-the-trainer sessions
Ensure users are confident and ready for go-live
Go-Live Preparation & Support
Assist with UAT and defect resolution
Support data validation and migration accuracy
Assist with cut-over planning and readiness activities
Provide hands-on support during go-live
Post Go-Live Stabilisation
Provide floor support and troubleshoot user issues
Support system adoption and process alignment
Identify process improvements and training gaps
Required Experience
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central)
Strong ERP implementation and go-live support experience
Experience delivering end-user training
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience supporting finance teams through system implementations
Ideal Background
Business Analyst with D365 implementation experience
Experience supporting finance system transformations
Confident working closely with CFO, finance, and project teams
Comfortable in fast-paced go-live environments
