Creative Juice SA is currently recruiting the above role on behalf of Showpony, this position will be located in their Adelaide office, but will entail looking after the creative workflow across all 3 offices, Adelaide, Melbourne and Hobart.

The role:
This is a dual role and will ideally suit someone who understands how a creative team works within an agency environment and with the capability of thinking 'big picture' across multiple offices and teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the agency delivers world-class creative work to our clients, on time and on budget.
But perhaps even more importantly, is that this is done while creating a calm, efficient and enjoyable working culture where people feel supported to do their best work.
The role is a true lynchpin in the agency - the function that helps manage the sometimes competing priorities of the client service, film and creative teams.

Responsibilities:
Manage a complex and ever-changing schedule of work for a team of Creative Directors, Art Directors and Copywriters.
From initial brief to delivery, ensure work is scheduled to ensure optimal creative output that will meet timelines and budgets.
Monitoring WIP to track time spent vs budget.
Understanding of the strengths, weaknesses and areas for development of each member of the creative team to aid their career development.
Work closely with Agency Producers to assist scheduling our filmmakers.
Manage freelancers; sourcing, contracts, meeting with new talent, maintaining database.
Managing creative team seating arrangements, ensuring equipment and subscriptions are of high quality.
Graphic Design/Finished artwork of a variety of digital and printed assets.
The role reports to, and works closely with both the Creative Director and Head of Art.
Skills and Experience:
5+ years in an agency environment
Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design or similar
Extensive experience in Adobe CC, in particular InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Highly skilled in Traffic and Project Management
Capable of reviewing and prioritising creative briefs
Able to multitask effectively
An analytical thinker who is constantly looking for ways to make improvements
Exceptional time management capabilities
A respectful team player with effective relationship building skills
Candidates who may have creative skills/expertise in other areas will be also be considered for this position
