As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between customers and our team. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and samples.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Provide product information and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Coordinate ad-hoc deliveries and collect payments from customers as requested
* Assist with setting up trade shows and cooking demonstrations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support is essential
* Familiarity with the FMCG, Food Retail, Distribution, or Manufacturing industry is desirable
* Intermediate knowledge of CRM Systems and Microsoft Office applications is required
