About the Role
You will oversee day-to-day shutdown activities, coordinate multidisciplinary crews, ensure safety and reporting standards are met, and step in for the Project Manager when required. You will also represent the business in daily and weekly client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage shutdown tasks across
multi-discipline work fronts
Oversee
daily timekeeping, safety compliance, and reporting obligations
Attend
daily/weekly client meetings
and provide clear project updates
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and workflow to meet shutdown timelines
Ensure works meet
Section 26
and site compliance requirements
Fill in for the Project Manager during periods of absence
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain progress
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience
in a senior construction leadership role
Strong understanding of
Section 26
obligations
Demonstrated ability to work across multidisciplinary work fronts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong safety focus with proven shutdown experience (highly regarded)
