**The Venue**
Welcome to Coogee Pavilion, or as the locals call it, 'The Pav'. The ground floor is perfect for family get-togethers and casual meals. The menu itself has been created with seaside dining in mind; from sashimi and freshly shucked oysters, to family friendly burgers, wood-fired pizzas and kids' meals.
Designed as if it was once an eccentric botanist's conservatory, the Rooftop houses four indoor and outdoor bars each with its own exotic flair. Bask amongst overflowing greenery with a cocktail in hand, or tuck into Jimmy's middle-eastern signature flavours, including mezze, wraps (all served with fries) and harissa-spiced charcoal chickens with alllllll the sides.
**The Role**
We are looking for our next talented and energetic **Kitchen Hand** that have the drive to go outside the box, to help in the kitchen, and jump in where needed.
We are currently looking for a kitchen hand to work on the ground floor and rooftop kitchens at Coogee Pavilion from Monday to Saturday, mainly night shifts.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Be driven and follow directions well
- Have a good work ethic
- **Have some previous experience in a kitchen hand role**:
